Course Duration: 2 Full Day Workshop.

In this workshop we will have Brain Gym Exercise, Energy Exercises, Eye Ball Exercise, Meditation, Photographic Memory, Puzzle games etc. We will also discuss about health issues, remove fear from our mind, regain our confidence, more than lecture we will have more practical experiments related to different topics like energy, fear, thoughts etc. Each and every student has to involve in this experiment.

We will be having EEG Reports taken for each student to know their present state of mind. That is before and after the class. Over all, a fun and 2 full day workshop.

These exercises will help us to remove energy blockage in one area, you support energy flow not only to that area but to others as well ,this will lead to better problem solving & improved restoring free flow of energy & recreating balance in the whole system the mind – body will open the floodgates of your greatest potential.

What is Memory? : This is the term given to the structures and processes involved in the storage and subsequent retrieval of information. Memory is involved in processing vast amounts of information. This information takes many different forms e.g. images, sounds or meaning.

The complete Memory Training is in a game format with 10 – 12 different memory techniques designed to improve your memory, which will in turn enhance your focus recall information retention etc. These games of memory techniques is meant to train 4 main types of your memory: Term Memory – Our primary or active memory which helps to form long term memory; Working Memory – One of the brain’s central components of reasoning and problem solving; Visual Memory – Responsible for storing previously experienced visual sensations & Spatial Memory – Responsible for recording one’s environment and spatial orientation.
